Reporting to the AU Director of Team Experience, this role focuses on promoting our company culture while providing operational leadership, guidance and coaching to leaders and team members across the business. Alongside day to day operations, the role supports key projects and initiatives across compliance, capability, systems, organisational change and team member experience. We're looking for someone who likes to keep their finger on the pulse. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with leaders and team members across the full employee lifecycle, providing support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, workplace health and safety and broader people initiatives. Alongside operational leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering Team Experience projects, supporting organisational change initiatives, improving systems and processes, and contributing to learning and capability programs across the business.
