Head Office is located in Yatala with depots/yards in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba. We are a seeking a full time Administration Clerk with experience in transport operations administration to join our team in Yatala. The role is Monday to Friday, plus one weekend day every four weeks. As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Data entry of bookings Email correspondence Telephone queries Updating bookings Manifesting delivery and pick up loads Liaising with clients and staff Reporting weekly to management Daily use of excel spreadsheets The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Experience within the Transport/Logistics Sector is essential Accurate and efficient data entry skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Ability to work one rostered weekend day every four weeks If you would like to work for a leader in road transport that provides you with work-life balance, a competitive pay rate and job security please click the "Apply" button or email exodas.com.au
