Opportunities: Legeneering is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with a protective coating's background to join our seconded team supporting a Tier 1 oil and gas client. The role could also suit somebody who has strong Project Coordination skills and is willing to learn on the job. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering protective coating maintenance activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Interfacing with engineering teams and scope owners to categorise and prioritise maintenance scope. Facilitating scope development and screening sessions. Developing and coordinating Project Execution Plans. Coordinating delivery of scope sheets and work packs. Contractor management Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to align with operational requirements. Optimising resource allocation to maximise delivery and minimise waste. Engagement with Procurement & Logistics to ensure accurate costs and lead times are captured to assist in planning for Maintenance Campaigns and Projects. Cataloguing materials and collaborating with Master Data personnel. Liaising with Offshore Personnel for accurate scope windows, facility/production impacts, and feedback (RPE, Execution Coordinator, Front Line Superintendent). Vendor engagement and support aligned with outline agreements on repairs, services, and facility upgrades. Providing feedback for weekly notification review. Position Requirements To be successful, you will ideally bring: 5 years related industry experience in the Oil & Gas sector (highly desirable). Previous SAP or SAP4HANA experience (highly desirable). Relevant Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree (highly desirable). knowledge of the application of protective coatings within the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance of producing oil and gas assets. Experience with offshore compliance requirements and safety standards. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Cultural awareness, respect, and sensitivity regarding First Nations communities.
