The Role We are seeking an experienced Risk Systems & Reporting Manager to drive enterprise risk reporting, governance and systems improvement across a complex organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the optimisation of risk systems, enhance reporting and analytics, strengthen risk frameworks and support organisational decision-making through meaningful insights. The main responsibilities of you role will include but not be limited to the following. Lead the implementation, optimisation and management of enterprise risk systems. Develop executive and board-level risk reporting, dashboards and insights. Maintain effective risk governance frameworks, processes and registers. Coordinate internal audit activities and track remediation actions. Drive risk system adoption, capability uplift and change initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to improve risk management maturity and outcomes. The Candidate Significant experience in enterprise risk, governance or risk systems. Experience leading system implementations, transformation or change programs. Strong reporting, analytics and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing capability. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications in Risk, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
