This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include: - Warmly greeting patients and managing appointment bookings, recalls and waitlists - Conducting 3-point patient identification checks and maintaining accurate records - Processing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billings with confidence - Explaining fees, rebates and gap payments clearly to patients - Managing phone and online enquiries and general administrative tasks About You We're open to experienced medical receptionists and strong candidates from other reception or customer service backgrounds — if you're organised, reliable and people-focused, we'd love to hear from you.
