The employee will be responsible for carrying out electrical work across residential, builder and solar projects for the business. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General residential electrical work New build and renovation electrical installations Working on builder projects and maintaining professional relationships on site Fault finding and troubleshooting Installation of lighting, power, switchboards and general electrical components Assisting with and/or completing solar installations Reading and interpreting plans and electrical drawings Testing, commissioning and ensuring compliance of completed works Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and safety regulations Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite Managing time efficiently and completing jobs within allocated timeframes Communicating effectively with Todd, builders, suppliers and clients Working independently with minimal supervision when required Supervising or assisting apprentices when necessary Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment in good condition Completing job documentation, photos or paperwork as required Representing the business professionally at all times Employee Expectations Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Ability to problem solve on site Commitment to workplace safety Respectful communication with clients and other trades Licences & Requirements Current Electrical Licence Current Driver Licence White Card Solar accreditation (preferred but not essential) Ability to legally work in Australia
