Why Join Us? ✔ Manage your own client portfolio (no micromanagement) ✔ Open to new ideas and process improvements ✔ Stable, long-term client base ✔ Variety across individuals, businesses & SMSFs ✔ Opportunity to grow your role ✔ Flexible working arrangements for the right candidate The Role You’ll take ownership of your own clients and be responsible for: Preparing financial statements and tax returns (Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts & SMSFs) BAS & IAS preparation, bookkeeping and STP payroll Managing client relationships and providing day-to-day advice Liaising with the ATO and ASIC Working across a broad range of industries Managing your own workflow and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time About You Experienced in public practice accounting Confident working independently and managing your own workload Strong attention to detail with the ability to see jobs through to completion Strong communication skills — you enjoy working with clients Proficient in Xero, MYOB and BGL (or similar) Motivated, reliable and ready to step into a senior role The Opportunity This is a role where you’re trusted to do your job well, take ownership of your work, and manage your clients from start to finish.
