The Park Manager role is uniquely varied, combining leadership of park operations and guest experiences with a range of hands-on responsibilities. The park manages several services that are not typical within a holiday park setting, including waste management operations and a boat transfer service for hikers on the iconic Hume and Hovell Track. While qualifications such as a Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence, boat licence or Coxswain qualification would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is willing to build their skills, qualifications and competencies with support provided to obtain and develop the capabilities needed to succeed in the role. This is more than a traditionalpark management role.
