About the Business The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building our capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce and by extension, supporting the delivery of safe, trusted services for the South Australian community. The division provides internal strategic and operational workforce services, whilst also contributing to the boarder public safety and integrity through the provision of screening services. Role Details The Project Support Officer is a role within the Child Safe Environments Program and is accountable to the Program Manager, Child Safe Environments for: providing proactive, high quality administrative and project support, including maintaining databases and using Microsoft Office applications to produce accurate, timely and fit for purpose information supporting effective project planning, scoping, delivery and customer management across a large program of work by preparing, reviewing and researching documentation to inform high-quality reports, correspondence and project outcomes building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable effective communication and ensure the sensitive, timely and effective implementation of project and administrative activities.
