We are seeking a professional, organised and proactive Serviced Office Manager to oversee the morning operations of a serviced office property. The role will focus on ensuring the property is well presented, tenants are supported, leasing enquiries are followed up, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily serviced office operations and presentation of the property. Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, contractors and leasing enquiries. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, access, meeting rooms and general building services. Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs and ongoing tenant communication. Support leasing activity, including inspections, enquiries, follow-up and basic documentation. Maintain tenant records, availability schedules and service provider details. Assist with general property administration, reporting and management tasks. Skills & Experience Experience in serviced offices, property management, leasing, administration or facilities management preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude. Highly organised, reliable and able to work independently. Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
