About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director / CEO based in our Adelaide office. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring someone who is proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office while supporting strategic initiatives across the wider business. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEO's diary, meetings and changing priorities. Coordinate domestic and interstate travel, accommodation and itineraries. Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence and executive briefing papers. Manage email correspondence and prioritise key communications. Coordinate Board meetings, leadership meetings and executive reporting. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Business & Operational Support Coordinate projects and monitor key business initiatives. Prepare agendas, meeting packs and follow-up action items. Work closely with internal teams to ensure executive priorities are delivered. Maintain executive records, documentation and filing systems. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies. Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers, board members and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners. Assist in coordinating client events, leadership forums and corporate functions. About You You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being at the centre of a busy executive office and takes ownership of your work. You'll bring: Previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director or senior executive. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement. High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Desirable Experience within financial services, wealth management, professional services or banking. Experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
