About the role The Executive Assistant / Officer plays a key role in the effective functioning of the Northern and Yorke Landscape Board and its sub committees. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide high quality, confidential administrative and financial support and contribute to strong governance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating Board and committee schedules, meetings and logistics Preparing agendas and recording accurate minutes in line with departmental standards Providing administrative financial support and budget oversight Drafting high level correspondence, briefing notes and business writing Responding to requests from the Minister’s Office, the Department for Environment and Water and other stakeholders Providing governance and legislative support and advice as required Undertaking minor projects, research and reporting on behalf of the Board, sub committees and the General Manager About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience providing executive level administrative support Strong governance awareness and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities Relationships and representation A valued aspect of this role is building and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships.
