Job Description We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive Team Assistant to join our Adelaide Industrial team on a 12-month parental leave contract . You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy, collaborative team where you’ll be at the centre of a wide range of projects and client work. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing high-quality property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts and formal documentation Managing and prioritising requests from multiple stakeholders, including remote team members Supporting marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials and updating websites Maintaining and managing internal client databases Coordinating client and team meetings, including agendas and minute taking Providing general administrative support including travel bookings, invoicing and expense management
