We're currently seeking a full-time Duty Manager to join our team at Majestic M Suites , our modern apartment hotel located in the heart of North Adelaide. With spacious apartment-style accommodation and a focus on warm, personalised service, M Suites offers an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and creating memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel and be a trusted point of contact for both guests and staff during your shifts. What You’ll Do Act as the on-site leader as required to support hotel operations. Deliver exceptional guest service and confidently resolve any concerns or complaints. Supervise, train and support Front Office team members. Coordinate room readiness and daily operations with Housekeeping and Maintenance. Ensure hotel standards, policies, and procedures are followed at all times. Act as the Responsible Person for safety, security, and emergency response as required. Complete shift handovers, reporting, and basic financial reconciliation. About You You’ll be someone who: Has previous experience in hotel reception or Duty Manager roles. Is calm, professional, and confident when handling guest issues. Enjoys leading and supporting a team. Has strong communication and organisational skills. Is flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Has a current valid driver’s licence Holds (or is willing to obtain) a First Aid certificate.
