Outdoor Furniture Factory TUGGERAH Store Manager You will be responsible to offer 5 Star customer service to our customers while maintaining a very high standard in store presentation, merchandising, ticketing and stock control. Key Responsibilities include : Making sure our customers have a great experience while in store. Contribute to reaching the stores' sales targets. Achieve constant exceptional presentation standards. Keeping a high standard of Administration. Help to protect the brand, which is known internationally and represents quality, service and exceptional value. This position will work a seven-day rotating roster (including weekend work). This is a fast-paced role, which requires a quick thinker and a strong coach. Overseeing the store, you will need to priorities your workload well, have good problem solving and strong time management skills. Your role: Train and develop your team to success Coach and drive your team to achieve sales targets Use your KPI analysis to coach your team and improve sales performance. Stock management such as visual merchandising Stock Control including Stock movements and Stock takes. You will need: Experience in Managing a bulky goods store Strong coaching and sales skills Strong business acumen and the ability to lead your team to high levels of success Excellent people engagement and time management skills.
