About the role KADD Facility Group is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team on a casual basis in Hepburn Springs, VIC. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and comfort of our clients' facilities, ensuring that guests and visitors enjoy a welcoming and well-maintained environment. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleaning and housekeeping services that reflect our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a hospitality team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences. Position Details Start at 7AM - 9AM and/or 10am - 3pm Casual position Working days are Monday to Friday with some weekend work available. Pay rates: In accordance with the Hospitality Award casual rates. Key responsibilities Cleaning and tidying guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and other designated spaces to the highest standards Changing bed linens, towels and other soft furnishings regularly and maintaining their quality Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish in accordance with health and safety regulations Restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, stationery and other guest amenities Reporting maintenance issues, damage or broken items to management immediately Operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning products safely and effectively Maintaining cleaning schedules and completing assigned tasks within allocated timeframes Adhering to health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times Communicating professionally with guests and other team members Assisting with additional housekeeping duties as required to meet operational needs What we're looking for Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work on a casual basis as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene protocols relevant to housekeeping Good communication skills and a customer service-focused approach Familiarity with cleaning equipment and the ability to use cleaning products safely About us At KADD Facility Group, we're proud to be a trusted partner to businesses across Australia, delivering commercial cleaning, maintenance, and facility services that keep workplaces running smoothly.
