Diesel Mechanic – Bacchus Marsh, VIC Tripod Farmers is a leading commercial salad producer based in Bacchus Marsh. We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment essential to our farming operations. Key Responsibilities: Service and repair tractors, forklifts, trucks and other farm machinery. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance. Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance requirements. Work closely with the farm and maintenance teams to keep equipment operating safely and reliably. Follow all Work Health and Safety procedures. About You: Relevant Diesel Mechanic qualification. Experience working on agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles or mobile plant (highly regarded). Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults. Passionate about your trade, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
