About the role Working four days a week across all brands, you will support our pharmacy partners by delivering engaging training events, providing one-on-one store education, and helping build product knowledge and confidence across our portfolio. You will also work closely with our WA team on planning, coordinating training initiatives and supporting strategic activities to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service and education to our customers, ensuring that all Pharmacy staff across the Perth metro and regional areas are trained, motivated and confident in selling our products that will assist in meeting and exceeding sales results. Conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff/ Retail Managers with a focus on New Products and Cycle hero products – 2-5 staff per training Pharmacy calls as required as per call cycle - 5 calls per day Conduct event training for key accounts and state-based groups – in own state and sometimes in another state – 30 staff minimum per event Help facilitate sell in of NPD – sometimes required interstate Assisting with updating the Q & A Resource via Phone & online Attendance at relevant conferences or sales meetings as required Conduct rep training at conferences and cycle meetings Actively participate in regular management meetings Pro-actively recommend process and system innovation Gain competitive understanding and recommend new initiatives as appropriate Liaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer information Contribute to the culture of customer service and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times Attend to customers and others with high-quality service and meet agreed deadlines Provide reporting on products trained on for each call, on a weekly basis About you Qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbalist essential Previous training experience (to both small and large (30) groups is essential Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred Vitamins and Health food retail background preferred, but not essential Previous facilitation experience essential Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills Ability to work autonomously and confidently Highly motivated
