As a Supervisor, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of your region leading teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance across projects. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing costs for purchase orders and inputting pricing against items - Liaising with clients, customers and trades throughout projects - Project planning and scheduling with trades and customers - Budget and cost management on jobs - Trade coordination on project delivery - Weekly client and customer communications - Compliance and risk management, carrying out SWMS and JSA compliance with clients - Quality assurance on projects - Cost management on projects, invoicing and progress invoicing on projects - Attend onsite meetings with parties when required Requirements: - Insurance Building Industry history preferred however not a requirement - Minimum Certificate III/IV qualification required - Knowledge of WHS and the NCC/BCA - Ability to access and provide roofing reports preferred - Ability to work in a team environment - Good problem solving skills and pro active personality - Friendly and personable manner - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask Australian Insurance Reconstruction are small, close-knit crew that values culture over ego and progress over politics.
