The Role As Production Shift/Team Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies. Duties include: Oversee production line/shift teams of between 4 - 10 people. Follow the production schedule and report on any problems. Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics. Implement lean principles to identify efficiency opportunities. Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused. Skills & Experience Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Strong safety, quality and productivity mindset. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player. Benefits Full time, permanent position.
