About the role Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Estimator to step into a dual Sales & Production Estimator position within their residential construction team. This role will see you involved across both the pre-construction and construction phases, preparing accurate estimates, managing variations, and ensuring projects transition smoothly from sales through to site commencement. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Preparing detailed sales and production estimates for residential projects Interpreting plans, specifications, engineering, and tender documentation Preparing BOQs, purchase orders, and construction costings Managing client upgrades, variations, and pricing amendments Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, sales consultants, and construction teams Reviewing contracts and ensuring accuracy across project documentation Maintaining supplier pricing, estimating databases, and cost schedules Assisting with smooth project handovers from sales into construction Ensuring estimates are completed accurately and within required timeframes Skills & experience Previous experience in both Sales Estimating and Production Estimating within residential construction Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and materials Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering, and specifications High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Experience using estimating and construction software systems Strong communication and organisational abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously Benefits Established and growing business with a strong pipeline of work Supportive team environment with stable long-term leadership Opportunity to work across both sales and construction functions Long-term career growth and development opportunities Competitive salary package based on experience Modern office systems and collaborative team culture About us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of Industry specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
