The role will be Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays required. We're seeking experienced SMP Supervisors & E&I Supervisors to carry out a wide range of tasks across the projects' schedule and to coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative requirements. About You: You will have a strong trades background (Rigging, Mechanical or Electrical) with relevant trade qualifications. Strong project execution knowledge across construction, mining or resources 3 years' of proven supervision experience Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, crews and site teams Strong leadership and people management skills Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management Ability to lead by example and promote a positive safety culture If this sounds like you, then apply now, we would love to hear from you!
