These positions are located within the South Sunshine Coast region. Opportunities available in Bribie Island, Caboolture and the Glass House Mountains. Your new role This role will be working in a team of two using a company vehicle in which duties will include but are not limited to: Mowing lawns Trimming hedges Minor home repairs Water blasting, cleaning of gutters Changing light globes Cleaning air conditioning filters Cleaning windows and other duties Assistance in and around the house and garden. What you'll need to succeed Construction Industry White CardCurrent C class drivers licenceDemonstrate excellent communicationFlu Vaccination (Not essential but is a bonus)Transferable skills in a similar industry such as Parks & Gardens or residential maintenanceDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamAbility and flexibility to complete shift work based on a changing rosterGreat attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly, the ability to listen and understand what the customer wants.
