We are committed to delivering consistently high-quality dining experiences and are seeking a motivated and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in accordance with the venue's menu and standards. Plan and organise daily food preparation and service to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation to maintain consistency. Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes and seasonal specials. Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise food wastage through effective stock rotation. Supervise, train and support junior kitchen staff where required. Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment at all times. Work collaboratively with the management and front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service. Skills and Experience Relevant commercial cookery qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery) or equivalent industry experience. At least two years of relevant experience as a Chef. Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations and stock control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
