Job Description We are seeking energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Banquets & Events team on a casual basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service across conferences, functions, and banquets, while also supporting our restaurant and bar outlets during service periods. You will play a key role in creating smooth, professional and memorable guest experiences across both large-scale events and day-to-day dining service. Your Responsibilities Deliver professional food and beverage service across conferences, banquets, restaurant and bar outlets Assist with event set-up, pack-down and restaurant preparation as required Serve food and beverages efficiently during functions, events and dining service Ensure service areas are well presented, stocked and organised at all times Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service across all outlets Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain cleanliness and uphold high presentation standards throughout service
