Contract Administrator | Temp to Perm | Collingwood Our client is a growing, fast-paced services business based in Collingwood, seeking an experienced and proactive Contract Administrator to join their team. This is an urgent temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of projects and business operations. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating project administration and supporting project transitions. Preparing, maintaining and analysing spreadsheets and reports. Managing customer enquiries through the ticketing system. Processing invoicing, quotations and purchase orders through the internal platform. Providing general administrative support across the operations team. Assisting with reporting and data analysis to support business decisions. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. About you: Previous experience in a Contract Administrator, Project Administrator or similar administration role. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve problems independently. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn new systems and contribute wherever needed.
