The Opportunity: We're partnering with a successful and growing organisation in Kilsyth to recruit an enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting customers from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with the sales, warehouse and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Role: Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service Prepare quotations and process customer orders from enquiry through to delivery Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Build strong relationships with customers and provide regular order updates Support the external sales team with product information, pricing and customer requests Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate customer and order records within the ERP/CRM system Prepare sales documentation, invoices and purchase orders Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team About You: Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Order Processing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics or similar Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach What's On Offer? $75,000 - $85,000 Superannuation depending on experience Permanent full-time opportunity Supportive and collaborative team culture Kilsyth location with on-site parking Diverse role with plenty of variety and customer interaction Genuine opportunities for career growth and professional development
