You'll receive genuine mentoring from day one, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it continues to expand. Current projects include a $5m bespoke home in regional Victoria (around 1.5 hours from Melbourne) and a $5m townhouse development in Brunswick. You'll be based in Albert Park, with site visits as required, including one day per week to the regional project. The business specialises in high-end residential projects, with a strong focus on quality and long-term client relationships. To be considered, you'll need 1-2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar, or be a recent construction graduate or hold a Diploma with industry exposure. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, be organised, proactive and eager to build a long-term career in construction. Salary is $80k-$90k super, depending on experience.
