The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential builds across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of site operations, where you’ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to Mazzei’s exacting quality standards. You’ll be supported by an established delivery team including a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Contract Administrator and Estimators. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end custom home builds (typically $3M–$12M) Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple projects Coordinate trades, suppliers and site logistics to maintain program momentum Procure and schedule materials in line with build programs Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with OH&S requirements Monitor program, cost and quality outcomes across all sites Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Manage defects and deliver high-quality project handovers What We’re Looking For Carpentry background highly regarded 5 years’ experience delivering high-end residential builds ($2M) Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Basement construction experience advantageous Experience with Procore (or similar systems) preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, BCA and OH&S requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Valid White Card Why Join Mazzei Deliver architecturally designed, high-end custom homes Strong pipeline of premium residential projects Collaborative, well-supported delivery environment Values-led business with a focus on quality and craftsmanship Clear opportunity for growth within an established builder
