Job Description Lead the preparation of half-year and year-end reporting including ASX Appendix 4D and 4E Coordinate and deliver monthly financial reporting and board reporting packs Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS accounting standards and ASX listing rules Manage the external audit process and liaise with auditors Prepare technical accounting papers and provide guidance on complex accounting issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, controls, and systems Partner with internal stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decision-making The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have: Big 4 audit experience is essential, ideally with listed retail or consumer clients ASX reporting experience is a must (including Appendix 4D/4E exposure) CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) Strong understanding of financial reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability What's on Offer Join a market-leading retail brand with a strong growth trajectory Competitive salary and benefits.
