HUGE salary on offer Ongoing training & support from Director & team Stunning office in great city fringe location A new opportunity for an experienced Senior Trust Accountant to join a high-performing finance team supporting a diverse portfolio of property and investment assets Commencing as a 6-MONTH contract , this has opportunity to go perm NSW BASED - Must be able to be in office 5 days a week You will be technically strong accounting professional with property background Experience in property accounts is a necessity MRI Experience is a requirement You will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and providing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will: Prepare monthly financial reports for trust and corporate entities Review trial balances and ensure the accuracy of trust transactions Assist with statutory financial statements and tax compliance requirements, including BAS and annual returns Manage the general ledger and perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations Prepare annual budgets and work closely with stakeholders Utilise MRI and Spreadsheet Server to produce reporting and analysis Identify opportunities to improve internal accounting procedures and efficiencies while maintaining strong controls and compliance You'll need: CA or CPA qualification (or be working towards completion) A minimum of 5 years accounting experience, ideally within property, real estate, or funds management Strong understanding of trust accounting principles and financial compliance requirements Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in using MRI - Required!
