DevOps / Environment Lead This role will focus on driving reliability improvements across non-production environments and helping move teams away from reactive issue handling. The person will work across platform and delivery teams to identify recurring instability, prioritise improvements, coordinate fixes, and help establish stronger operational practices across shared environments. The role is expected to bring strong technical leadership across DevOps, environments, CI/CD, and operational reliability, with a strong focus on making observability actionable through Dynatrace and related tooling. Key areas: · Non-prod reliability and stability improvements · Coordination of recurring issues and platform uplift activities · CI/CD and deployment reliability · Environment governance and operational improvements · Dynatrace-driven observability and reliability practices · Working closely with platform engineering, SRE, and delivery teams
