Job Description As a member of the Network and Infrastructure team, you will be supporting a complex hybrid environment across on-prem and cloud (Azure & AWS). This role focuses on keeping core network and infrastructure services secure, reliable and scalable, while contributing to uplift in cyber security posture and modernisation through automation. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney . Your Key Accountabilities Define and enforce network security standards, including Palo Alto firewalls and IPSec configurations, with responsibility for ongoing monitoring and incident response Drive continuous improvement of cyber security posture across IT and operational networks Oversee performance, availability and capacity across infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud) Ensure infrastructure solutions align to business requirements and manage hardware, software, and networks deployment in an efficient, scalable way Lead complex incident resolution, including root cause analysis and preventative improvements Own Active Directory services, including user management, Group Policy and access controls Contribute to and influence lifecycle management of systems and services across the environment (virtual & physical infrastructure, storage, Windows & Linux servers, networks & telecommunications, Microsoft services) Our Technology Stack Azure & AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Networking Hybrid networking (ExpressRoute / VPN) Palo Alto Firewalls Automation via Terraform & Azure DevOps Monitoring: Azure Monitor New Relic Active Directory, Group Policy.& Entra ID Windows Server & Linux administration Meraki Networking ServiceNow / Jira Rapid7 Endpoint security vulnerability monitoring.
