About the role: Our Learning Evolution Program is a multiâyear, crossâfunctional journey transforming learning at CPA. Itâs our most ambitious learning transformation yetâand your work will have a lasting impact  Reporting into our Portfolio Practice Lead you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring policies, procedures, project methodologies and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of the Learning Evolution Program at CPA Australia.  This is an initial Fixed Term Contract until March 2028  Working closely with our Program Leads, you will:  Provide integrated program scheduling by identifying project level milestones and integrating them into an overall program level plan Monitor schedule variances and highlight any variance to schedule to the Program Manager and make recommendations for corrective action as appropriate Conduct regular project and program reviews to ensure schedule, financials, issues and risks are accurately reported Assist the Program Lead to maintain financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting program expenditure Manage the program RAID Carry out assurance review processes to ensure enterprise programs of work are adhering to the prescribed project methodology highlighting any non-conformance to the Program Lead and EPMO. PMO Planning and Coordination, including SteerCo and Board pack creation & minutes, interdependency management, assist with Finance management activities Project and Program support, including Set up Teams, Jira, Confluence, and OnePlan ready for the program and vendors to be onboarded, induct new project/program managers to ensure they understand and use the EPMO project frameworks, assist and manage ad-hoc requests  About you:  You will have previous experience in a similar role and will thrive fast paced environment with multiple stakeholder touch points. You have a proven ability to design and deliver engaging and insightful Steerco and Board packs. You will influence key stakeholders, while also supporting a diverse range of program managers and be comfortable having a voice at the table. You will understand the importance of program governance You pride yourself in your reporting and analytical skills and understand the importance of tracking and RAID Management.
