Job Description As a Manager, you’ll lead client engagements and act as a trusted advisor to China-connected businesses, delivering high-quality tax and business advisory services. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of China-connected clients, including mid-market businesses, private groups, and foreign-invested enterprises Provide practical, commercially focused advice on cross-border tax, structuring, and international operations Lead end-to-end engagement delivery, including scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and technical review Oversee and review tax compliance and reporting to ensure quality and regulatory adherence Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CFOs, founders, boards) Identify and drive business development opportunities, supporting proposals and pitches Collaborate across KPMG’s Australia, China, and global network Lead, coach, and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants Drive engagement performance, managing timelines, budgets, and utilisation Stay current on China-related tax and regulatory developments and translate into client insights How Are You Extraordinary?
