The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and technically-focused Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate to contribute to Multi-Residential projects through the technical documentation and detailing phases. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed documentation packages and construction drawings. Coordinate with the internal team, consultants, suppliers and contractors. Participate in client meetings and design workshops. Support project delivery. Ensure design outcomes align with project objectives, budgets and timelines. About You Degree/ Masters qualified in Architecture or a related discipline. Well established professional experience within a similar Architectural practice. Strong technical and detailing skills and knowledge of BADs. Excellent documentation capabilities. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of construction methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
