This is an opportunity for an Architect who is passionate about design and enjoys seeing ideas carried through from the earliest conversations to completed built outcomes. You will work alongside a highly regarded team and have genuine involvement across all stages of the design process. The Role You will play a key role in the design and delivery of high-end luxurious residential projects, contributing across concept design, design development, documentation and construction. Key responsibilities include: Developing strong architectural concepts, spatial planning and design narratives Producing and refining high quality ArchiCAD documentation Working closely with interior designers to ensure a seamless integration between architecture and interiors Preparing compelling presentations and communicating ideas clearly to clients Coordinating consultants including structural, landscape and services engineers Supporting contract administration and maintaining design integrity throughout construction Contributing to design reviews and the broader culture of the studio What We're Looking For We are seeking an Architect with a refined design sensibility and a genuine passion for beautifully crafted residential architecture. You will ideally bring: Minimum 7 years' experience within an Australian architecture practice Strong experience across high end residential or boutique multi residential projects Confidence working across concept design through to delivery Advanced ArchiCAD capability, with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded Strong understanding of residential construction and detailing Excellent graphic communication and presentation skills The ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and the wider team A thoughtful, proactive and detail focused approach What you'll get in return: Work closely with the Directors and be exposed to every facet of the design and delivery process.
