A well-established residential property management team in Melbourne’s north-east is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained and growing portfolio. You will manage approximately 120 residential properties (growing to ~170), supported by a dedicated Virtual Assistant and strong internal administration, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality portfolio management and client service. Key Responsibilities Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports Arrears management and rent reviews Lease renewals and tenancy management Maintenance coordination and contractor liaison Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Ensuring compliance with the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act Managing VCAT matters when required What's on offer Salary up to $85,000 superannuation Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid) Strong administrative and Virtual Assistant support Structured, stable, and supportive team environment Autonomy over your own portfolio Onsite parking available About you Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management Strong knowledge of the Victorian Residential Tenancies Act and rental compliance Experience with property management systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express, etc.) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Calm, organised, and proactive approach Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice) Current Police Check Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Australian permanent resident or citizen (no work restrictions) VCAT experience highly regarded For a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please contact Mia McLoughlin on 0434 288 927 or email mia@italent.com.au .
