ABOUT THE ROLE: This role has come about due to an internal promotion, so we know the portfolio is in great shape. Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Building strong relationships with landlords and renters Conducting routine inspections, condition reports and final inspections Managing leasing activity including open for inspections and application processing Handling maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and trades Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes Providing clear communication and high-level customer service at all times Acting as a professional and confident brand ambassador for Miles Real Estate You will enjoy a great team culture throughout all aspects of the business. Salary will be commensurate to experience - up to $95,000 superannuation. ABOUT YOU: You will hold your Agents Rep/Cert 4 with at least 1-2 years property management experience. You will be confident, keen to continue learning, well-presented and have no issues in picking up the phone and sorting out issues. Your time management skills will be second to none and you are able to juggle many things at once.
