About the Role: Working with a leading organisation seeking a delivery-focused IT Project Manager. If you are a technical PM who thrives on driving infrastructure, networks, and security pipelines without the burden of heavy business-facing politics, this is the role for you. You will be working directly alongside the technical squads, serving as the execution engine within the infrastructure and ops team. This role is 100% focused on technical delivery, vendor coordination, and keeping complex engineering tasks on track. Key Responsibilities You will be spinning multiple plates across three core workstreams: Infrastructure & Security: Managing day-to-day infrastructure upgrades and security hardening. This is a purely technical domain—no business-facing activities or corporate fluff required. You will speak the language of the tech guys to get the job done. Cyber Security (AI Focus): Leading cutting-edge cyber initiatives, specifically managing projects that integrate and leverage AI technologies to bolster the client's defense capabilities. Network Operations: Coordinating heavily with internal technical teams and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless network operations and infrastructure resilience. What We Are Looking For Proven Tech PM Experience: A solid track record of delivering infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity projects. Zero Fluff, High Execution: You don't need to manage business stakeholders; you do need to know how to manage engineers, system administrators, and technical leads. Vendor Management: Strong experience coordinating deliverables and SLAs with external network and tech vendors. Cyber & AI Exposure: Prior exposure to cyber security environments, ideally with some familiarity or conceptual understanding of AI tools/frameworks within security. Delivery Mindset: A proactive coordinator who can translate Lenny’s high-level infra and ops strategy into structured, executed technical milestones.
