Job Description We’re seeking experienced Process Design Managers / Business Process Consultants to join a major telecommunications transformation program supporting large-scale IT and operating model change. This is a hands-on delivery role for professionals who can take ownership of a workstream, work independently, and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments. About the role You will work across key business and customer-facing domains to: Redesign end-to-end business processes within a large transformation program Lead fit-gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change Translate high-level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real-world outcomes Support either direct transformation delivery or backfill operational teams enabling transformation activity
