About the Role As the Payroll Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll Maintaining employee payroll records, including new starters, changes and terminations Calculating leave, overtime, allowances and statutory deductions Responding to payroll enquiries and providing advice to employees and managers Interpreting awards and employment agreements Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements and ATO obligations Supporting payroll reporting, audits and continuous process improvements About You To be successful, you'll have: Previous end-to-end payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and superannuation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements Experience with Pronto will be highly regarded What's on Offer? 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to continue Hybrid working arrangements Modern South Brisbane office Regular team events and a collaborative, social culture A supportive leadership team that encourages learning, development and continuous improvement If you're looking for your next payroll opportunity within a values-driven organisation that's investing in its people and its future, we'd love to hear from you.
