What you'll be doing You'll play a key leadership role by: Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team Managing workflow, delegation and team capacity Reviewing complex taxation and compliance work Building trusted relationships with privately owned businesses and clients Identifying commercial and advisory opportunities Working closely with two highly supportive Partners Helping drive operational excellence across the team The role has an approximate 80% Tax Compliance / 20% Business Advisory focus, making strong technical taxation knowledge just as important as your leadership capability.
