We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Project Manager to join a large, complex Defence program focused on logistics, supply chain, warehouse management and online order management capabilities. Location: Melbourne – Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 days WFH Duration: Initial 6-month contract, strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $1,100–$1,150/day including super Clearance: NV1 clearance required The Role This role will lead the delivery of SAP EWM project outcomes across a high-profile Defence environment, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery partners, functional teams and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage SAP EWM project delivery across logistics, supply chain, warehouse management and online order management. Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues. Coordinate delivery across business, functional, technical and third-party teams. Lead project governance, status reporting and stakeholder updates. Support delivery across design, build, testing, deployment and transition activities. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure outcomes align with operational needs. Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to support successful solution delivery. Experience Required 5 years' project management experience delivering SAP EWM or related SAP logistics solutions. Strong experience across logistics, supply chain, warehouse management and order management environments. Proven ability to manage complex project timelines, stakeholders and delivery partners. Strong project governance, planning, reporting and delivery management capability. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised, outcome-focused and able to operate effectively in complex program environments.
