We're looking for an experienced Apps Support Analyst to join a large enterprise team supporting Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration platforms on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong M365 application support experience who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring collaboration platforms are secure, reliable, and well governed. Key experience required: ✔ Microsoft 365 application support (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Business Apps) ✔ Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) ✔ Information and Records Management experience ✔ Vendor management and stakeholder engagement ✔ ITSM / ServiceNow experience ✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and support business users This is a hybrid role to be based in Adelaide .
