The Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering a complex interoperability strategy. Working alongside senior project leaders, you'll engage with executive stakeholders, clinicians, technical specialists and business leaders to analyse requirements, facilitate workshops, develop documentation and support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide ICT solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading business analysis activities across complex ICT projects Gathering, documenting and validating business and technical requirements Supporting solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness Developing high-quality project documentation and artefacts Managing stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams Identifying risks, issues and opportunities while driving practical solutions Supporting interoperability initiatives across clinical and enterprise systems About You You're a collaborative, solutions-focused Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing positive change.
