The Role As the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of a residential aged care site. Working closely with the wider team, you'll help maintain a safe, functional and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out general maintenance across buildings, grounds and equipment. Completing basic repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and building maintenance. Maintaining outdoor areas including lawns, gardens and common spaces. Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules. Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner. Ensuring maintenance activities meet safety and regulatory compliance requirements. Supporting a clean, safe and well-presented environment for residents. About You To be successful, you'll have: Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within residential aged care or retirement living. A relevant trade qualification. Current Australian driver's licence. Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, welding, fitting and turning or a similar trade will be highly regarded. What's in it for You?
