Fencing Foreman / Site Supervisor Required | Wagga Wagga, NSW | 6-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | $60 - $80 per hour Super (DoE) An established fencing contractor is seeking an experienced Fencing Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of a major fencing project in Wagga Wagga. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing site crews, coordinating daily operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven fencing industry experience. Applications from candidates without fencing experience will not be considered. The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of fencing installation works across the project. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supervising fencing crews on site Planning and coordinating daily work activities Liaising directly with the client and key project stakeholders Monitoring productivity and project progress against programme Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors Conducting site inspections and quality checks Ensuring all works comply with project specifications and standards Managing site safety, SWMS and compliance requirements Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact delivery Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to management Assisting with project programming and resource planning Driving a positive safety and performance culture on site About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Demonstrated experience supervising fencing projects Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, infrastructure or security fencing systems Proven ability to lead and motivate site-based teams Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site resources Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications Sound understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Current Driver's Licence Construction White Card Experience working on government, infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects First Aid Certificate Experience delivering projects in live operational environments What's on Offer $60 - $80 per hour Super, depending on experience Secure 6-12 month fixed-term project Opportunity to lead a significant fencing project from commencement through to completion Supportive management team Immediate start available Potential for future project opportunities upon successful delivery This role would suit an experienced Fencing Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand ready to take ownership of project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with both crews and clients.
