About the Role A Local Council is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Customer Service Officer to support the maintenance and expansion of its national register. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities who enjoys working with data, engaging with customers, and contributing to accurate record-keeping within a community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update information into the national register Maintain data integrity across systems and spreadsheets Provide customer service support via phone and email enquiries Assist with record management and documentation processes Work with Excel spreadsheets to organise and manage data Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail About You You are organised, dependable, and have a strong eye for detail, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
