Position: Transport Superintendent Location: DIDO – Based at our Roma depot As part of our team, the Transport Superintendent is the primary contact for all transport related activities in Roma and the Surat Basin. Key Responsibilities: Schedule transport operations including rig and camp moves, stores, and deliveries Coordinate drivers’ workloads and monitor driver fatigue in accordance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility regulations Assist, train and mentor drivers in loading, load restraint, general maintenance, and transport operations Promote safety as a priority and ensure compliance with Wild Desert and client policies and procedures Conduct equipment inspections and follow the work order process to facilitate repairs What You’ll Need: A current MC (Multi-Combination) Licence The ability to communicate with drivers and demonstrate strong leadership skills Working knowledge of OHS, NHVAS and NHVR legislation Ability to pass an Austroads medical (including drug & alcohol screening) What’s In It for You?
